These Booking Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy (available in the footer of our website) and any other written information we brought to your attention before confirming your booking, form your agreement with us.

1 : You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions.

2 : You consent to our use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3 : You understand that we are a travel company, not an employment agency, and the trip you’re booking is for cultural exchange and travel purposes only.

4 : If you have any medical or other conditions that may affect your participation, comfort, or safety on this trip, you must inform us before booking. Failure to disclose such conditions will be considered as your affirmation that you are fit and healthy. Standard cancellation terms will apply if you later advise us of conditions affecting your trip.

5 : If you wish to change your trip date after our confirmation, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requested change.

1 : To begin your booking, you need to complete our online booking form. All online payments on our website are handled by our trusted partner TourRadar in the most secure way. TourRadar supports multiple currencies, including Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, and New Zealand Dollars. TourRadar Payments also simplifies the fee structure, offering one set fee per currency, regardless of whether your preferred payment method is Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal, or if you prefer to pay now or pay later.

2 : All trip bookings and dates are considered confirmed reservations as soon as you pay the deposit of 25% of the tour cost.

You can cancel your trip at any time. Your notice of cancellation will take effect when received by us via email and will be effective from the date received. Please call us on +212630373745 to discuss available options and how to cancel.

Standard Cancellation Policy :

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip start date: Only the deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 14-30 days: 50% of the total trip cost is payable.
• Cancellation less than 10 days before the trip start date: No refund is payable.

Types of Cancellations :
1 : Security Cancellation

Morocco Flawless Travels reserves the right to cancel any tour if we determine that the safety of our travelers is at risk due to violent weather, heavy snow, floods, etc. In such cases, a full refund of all received payments will be provided as a complete settlement.

2 : Emergency Cancellations

In the event of foreign governmental decisions that prevent us from delivering the tour as planned, tour cancellations may become necessary. We retain the right to cancel a tour if currency exchange fluctuations impact the tour price by more than 20%. In such circumstances, we will either refund all payments received to date or offer the tour at the adjusted exchange rate. Additionally, if unforeseeable reasons or emergencies prevent us from conducting the trip, we will refund all payments received up to that point as a complete resolution.
